    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the Water Bill. A person like me, who has come from a very dry area, will always stand with people who are supporting this Bill. As we discuss this Bill, we want to make some recommendations to the national Government. During the rainy season, or during the floods, a lot of water goes to waste. They should come up with a strategy of collecting the rain water and conserving it. It can be used in the future in a place like Ukambani. When it rains in Ukambani, water spoils everything. Then after just three months, the place is so dry. We are left with nothing. So, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
