    "content": "The House is expected to proceed on recess of 11 days beginning today and resumes on Tuesday, 11th November, 2014. This break will allow Departmental Committees time to focus fully on their work. They will concentrate on the several Bills that are before this House that we have raised today in the House Business Committee (HBC). The time will allow hon. Members to prepare their amendments."
