    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the problem always has been lack of funds. We did not have money, but now I am telling you we have money. The money is going to reach you by Monday next week. As I say that, of course I also want to really inform my colleagues, Members of Parliament that you are doing very well in lobbying for funds to CDF. You successfully lobbied this year to get an allocation of Kshs33 billion to CDF without taking even one signature. We did not go out there to collect signatures to increase CDF from Kshs22 billion to Kshs33 billion. It is these Members who did so and I really want to thank you for working very hard to increase the allocation of money from Kshs22 billion to Kshs33 billion."
