If I heard him right, he did not say that he is going to prevail upon the President, he said that he is going to write to the President and give his understanding of Article 110 (3). I did not hear him say that he is going to prevail upon the President. So, I think the line you are taking is not helpful in the circumstances. I am not going to allow that point of order because it is not a point of order. You only want to make an address to the House and I am not going to allow you."
