    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of IDPs has been with us for quite some time. I think as a leadership, we must bring it to a close, because many Kenyans are suffering in the IDP camps. One of the questions that Mr. ole Lankas asked was for the Assistant Minister to provide the details of the parcels of land the IDPs were occupying prior to the post-election violence. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that the IDPs who are in camps had land? Who has taken over that land? What is the Government doing to ensure that the IDPs are settled within the shortest time possible?"
