    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to seek the indulgence of the House. This statement sought by the hon. Member regarding the revenue collections of the county governments is a very important one. This is because there are serious concerns all over the country that county governments are underperforming significantly according to the report of the Controller of Budget. I, therefore, want to seek the indulgence of the House for a couple of weeks because we want to interrogate this statement which was supplied by the Controller of Budget because it is very insufficient. We have also not had an opportunity, as a Committee, to look at it. I just got a copy of the statement at the entrance to the House when we were coming in. We would want to be given some time, two weeks at least."
