    "content": "To me, Senator Wetang’ula was very humble. Some Members here, and I know some, would have slapped some of these staff. He was very humble to be at the airport for three hours. We are saying that there is arrogance; that Kenya Airways is not acting like they are in business. It is acting like the people who go for services there are not customers. They need to know that the first principle in business is that the customer is always right. So, so long as there is no threat to security, both internationally and nationally, there is no reason to condone some of this behaviour."
