Is the Member in order to talk about the Kenya Airways and the issue relating to our senior Senator whereas when I look at the Motion, I can see clearly that the issue is not per se contained? Secondly, there is no substantive Motion relating to that incident that is before us. Thirdly, it will be unfair for us to discuss a party which has not been given a chance to defend itself. Therefore, I am of the view that you can rule as to whether he is in order to discuss that incident whereas it is not in our official Motion."
