In the Assistant Minister’s answer, he has categorized IDPs into two; the post- election violence IDPs which he says, are the genuine IDPs, and the rest, “forest evictees.” The forest evictees were as a result of the Government removing people from the forests because they were there illegally. What is the justification of the Government rewarding forest evictees and yet it is the same Government that removed them from the forest? Is he rewarding an illegality?"
