    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to thank the Mover of this Motion. I want to talk about the late former Vice-President, Kijana Wamalwa. I remember him as a person who unified this country. I remember working with him very well. We worked together at the time when we were in the Opposition. He was the person who brought the NARC Government individuals together. He was the one who unified Hon. Kibaki and hon. (Mrs.) Ngilu and he sacrificed his position. At that time, everybody was saying Kijana Wamalwa should be the presidential candidate for the Opposition, but the man refused. He said that hon. Kibaki was older than him and he should be the one. I have also written to the Governor of Nairobi that they should spare two roads, one to be named after the late Vice-President the other one after the late Prof. Saitoti for the---"
