Members, I would like to take this opportunity to recognise the presence – on the front row of the Speaker’s Gallery – of the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya, hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, who I believe has come for the very first time to see the deliberations of the Senate under the new Constitution.
