"content": "I am hopeful that this Committee will find time to deliberately walk through the Constitution with a toothcomb so that we can appreciate Articles 96, 125, 226 and 228 as far as the Controller of Budget is concerned and Article 229 as far as the Auditor-General is concerned. This Committee should explain to the whole country to understand that Articles 202, 203 and 204 that speak to the issue of equitable share of the commonwealth of this country can only be exercised by the Senate."
