    "content": ".: Thank you Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I beg to move that the Government Proceedings Amendment Bill, Senate Bill No.10 of 2014, be read a Second Time. The amendment contained in the Governments Proceedings Act seems to amend Section 21 of the Government Proceedings Act by inserting the following new sub section immediately after sub section 4 which will read; “this section shall, with necessary modifications apply to any civil proceedings by or against a county government in any proceeding in connection with any arbitration in which a county government is a party.” The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
