"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I had two clarifications to seek but one of them has been adequately covered by Sen. Obure. Therefore, I will go straight to the second one. In the Statement, the Chairman has informed us that Kshs22 million that was meant to be paid to 2,200 IDPs has not been accounted for. This money was disbursed in the financial year of 2012/2013, and we are all aware that when the financial year comes to an end, monies that have not been spent are returned to the Treasury. We want to know where the Kshs22 million is. Is the money still there? If it is there, where is it? Is it earning interest? What is going to happen to the interest that is being earned on this money?"
