    "content": "I could seek the latter but I just wanted the Chair to enlight the House on the matter of compensation as far as housing is concerned. That is one area the Government has not done a good job. In Turkana, in five locations, IDPs are still staying in shelters while the houses are incomplete. I want to challenge the Chair, who is also my Chair in the Committee for Labour and Social Welfare, to get a comprehensive report for the whole country so that we can understand what is happening and when this matter will be dealt with finality."
