    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir. An attempt has been made to automate these machines so that they detect who should vote and who should not vote. For example, a few minutes ago, a Nominated Member who was trying to vote could not vote. You can only vote after you have been cleared by the Clerks-at- the-Table. The fear that a Nominated Member who is supposed to vote has not been given authority to vote may not be the case. I realised a few minutes ago that a system has been put into place to ensure that you cannot vote if the elected Member of the county is present in the House."
