    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move that the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 1- Amendment of Section 6 No.11 of 2013 1A Section 5 of the National Honours Act is amended in paragraph (d) by deleting the word “elected” appearing immediately after the words “two Governors” and substituting thereof the word “nominated.” The words “two Governors” are already in the Act. What we are dealing with here is that we are deleting the word “elected” appearing immediately thereafter the words. I hope I am understood."
