    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to request for a Statement on the state of security in Lamu County and other parts of the coast region. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) of the Senate Standing Orders to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations regarding the state of security or insecurity in Lamu County and other parts of the coast region.
