    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is not Eastern Equatorial State only in South Sudan which is complaining. Many of our traders hauling petroleum products by road have found it difficult to go an additional 500 kilometres, destroying their vehicles and going through two borders, yet Kenya can develop its own border with South Sudan. So, we are just passionately appealing to you to consider supporting our traders and business people. Through that, we will be supporting Turkana, West Pokot and that entire route from Eldoret, where those trucks will pass. They will impact on the economy of those areas as they pass through to South Sudan. Thank you very much, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
