You cannot trespass a country without the authorities of that country allowing you to enter. The question is whether the area concerned is a closed area because of the problem of South Sudan. That is the whole issue. There is the question about closing up the economy of Turkana. All Kenyans are looking forward to seeing the resources in Turkana start working.
