    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to second the particular amendment seeking to compel the Treasury to reimburse the hospitals their mortuary expenses. When we lose our loved ones, we have to know that the facilities where their bodies are preserved are well maintained. Therefore, it is only fair that the central Government, through the Treasury, does reimburse the hospitals the mortuary expenses they incur. With those remarks, I beg to second the amendment."
