    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, not during the Committee sittings, but here on the Floor of the House. I had sought to know the county of the residents of each allottee of Chepchoina Scheme. The names were given, but I would have wanted to know from which county each of the allottees came from. That has not been included in the answer which has been given. I know it is possible for the Ministry to provide that information. I do not know why they are avoiding that."
