    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker Sir. I think there is something wrong with that part of the House today. I am sorry to say this because there seems to be constant confusion arising from either their mental absence or, probably, the lack of seriousness on the part of the Jubilee Government because they represent the Government. We are following a certain pattern or order in this House. Once you give your ruling on a matter, it is important for us to abide by it. It will save us a lot of time as the House to move on. I would rather you give us direction again."
