    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Education, Science and Technology. The Statement relates to the selection of 60 constituencies to benefit from the construction of technical training institutes. In the Statement, the Chairperson should table the list of the selected constituencies, explain the criteria used to select them and how it was arrived at, explain how the project will be implemented and the total cost of each institute, and lastly, give details of those who will be in charge of these projects in the implementation course, indicating how and why those responsible were given the mandate."
