    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you remember that the Senator for Vihiga brought to your attention that Sen. Abdirahman, on behalf of Sen. Ong’era, sought a Statement under the wrong Standing Order relating to Messages from the President. Then I said that I would still have preferred to answer in accordance with that Standing Order in the capacity as provided for by that Standing Order. Since that was retracted, I am very happy to do it as the Chair of the Committee – and there is nothing wrong with being ambitious. I think that suggests that those are good things to come in future."
