    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I wish to welcome your message regarding the Mining Bill and the misconception created by the Senate. This House amended 111 clauses of the Mining Bill in five hours, forty five minutes. There is no way you would expect that Bill would be finalized and the Vellum made available to the President to assent. The Senators, in their fight for relevance might have targeted the Mining Bill because of the vast interest in the Bill without looking at their facts that the Bill has no yet reached the President. By you telling them the same, it was very useful."
