How can they appear on television and issue ultimatums to the President to bring back the Bill in 14 days? I will tell the President to remove the clause on revenue sharing and bring it back so that we pass it. It does not need to go to the Senate. If they are mature enough, they would request us to engage and look at the Bill. But if they are unable to deal with the Bill on fertilisers, would they be able to deal with the Mining Bill? On a serious note, this is a matter that has already been devolved."
