"content": "Constitution, we must correct that now. This is because if we did not have that revenue sharing formula in the Bill; minerals have nothing to do with counties. I want to read for you where that is in the Constitution. Under Article 62(f) of our Constitution, all minerals and mineral oils as defined by law are public land. Article 62 (3) reads as follows:- “Public land classified under clause 1(f) to (m) shall vest in and be held by the national government in trust for the people of Kenya and shall be administered on their behalf by the National Land Commission.”"
