    "content": "You cannot be leading cattle rustlers; you should be leading people who believe in peace. In Kajiado County, long time ago, Maasai used to practise cattle rustling but we made law which is better than the Supreme Court law. If you steal any cow in Maasai land and it arrives at your location, you are responsible for it. How then can police be killed by people and somebody comes to the President and says he thought these were Turkanas and those people are still outside? They should have been arrested. For the Turkanas also, we cannot forget what happened in Baragoi. We cannot forget."
