    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am sorry for interrupting the Leader of Majority Party, but it is good to put the record straight because there are emotions. It is not good to misread the Constitution. I previously said that it is very dangerous to do so. Article 241(3)(b) says the military or the army shall assist and cooperate with other authorities in situations of emergency or disaster, and report to the National Assembly. If you read the Constitution selectively, you can lead people to war. The next sub-section of the Constitution says the army may be deployed to restore peace in areas affected by unrest or instability only with the approval of the National Assembly. We have to do this here. What the Leader of Majority Party is telling the nation is dangerous."
