Is it is also possible that members of university councils other than the University of Nairobi can sit in another council and be able to deliberate on an interview of a candidate for the university, either by a constitutional right or by invitation to attend to that interview of the Council of the University of Nairobi? I would like that clarified as part of the supplementary question."
