Kembi-Gitura, the Senator for Murang’a County, Standing Order No.93 says:- “A Senator who wishes to speak on any matter in which the Senator has a pecuniary or proprietary interest shall first declare that interest”. The Standing Orders have already contemplated that you can be asked. All you need to say is, “I do not have”. That is all. I helped you to say so and you have confirmed yourself.
