    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I understand the difficulties the Chairman is experiencing in getting this Statement. However, Parliament is Parliament. When we ask for a statement, we demand that we are given the answer. Bearing the difficulties, insecurity and the issues that are facing Kapedo, we needed to get an urgent answer. It is not enough to be told that these officers are out of the country. Parliamentary business must go on. This is a digital Government, so they claim!"
