    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I mentioned earlier on that there are about 393 schools under the current programme on low-cost boarding schools. We will be asking, and, indeed, we have put in our proposals to the Treasury, an additional 205 low-cost boarding schools to be catered for. We have, in fact, a list of the areas that we intend to go to, as a minimum package in order to deal with the problem of low-cost boarding primary schools."
