The issue is that there is fraudulent or scandalous under weighing of fertilizer. Farmers are getting the bags at 45 kilogrammes instead of 50 kilogrammes which they pay for. The Chairman should tell us what the Committee is doing so that we can save farmers from further pecuniary embarrassment."
