    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have great respect for Sen. Murungi for the way he is running the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. It is very admirable because he has taken real charge and interest in it. I am looking forward to seeing the report he is compiling pursuant to the stakeholders meeting that we had. The only thing I would like to ask Sen.
