    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, one way of making that nomadic education policy a success is to ensure that there are teachers in the classrooms. Could the Minister clarify the policy? I am aware that those teachers who get out of the teaching profession naturally or either through death or natural attrition are immediately given a pay advice casualty. Could the Minister inform the House the policy in replacing those teachers who leave employment? They have their budget and we need them in classrooms in the nomadic areas and the rest of the country."
