    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand from the outset to support this Motion and also indicate that maybe this is the turning point in our relationship as we proceed to create this institution that is called the Senate. Article 93(2) states:- “The National Assembly and the Senate shall perform their respective functions in accordance with is Constitution.” There is no doubt at all that the law guides us in our relationships with them. Article 94(1), and I think this is the most important article, states that:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
