But what we are asking from the Government today is actually provided for in the new Constitution. Article 56 talks about affirmative action and specifically (d) states:- âTo provide special opportunities in educational and economic fields.â When is the Minister going to issue an Executive Order, whatever it takes, that, that policy is implemented within a month?
