    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, earlier on, I indicated that in the case of provision of food, it is a matter we can look into on a one to one basis but it cannot be a blanket decision to all the low-cost boarding schools. The area I was referring to is about infrastructure because we cannot and we do not have any budget in the current budget allocation. That is why I refreshed your memory that during the Supplementary Budget all the allocations under infrastructure programme for primary and secondary schools were shifted to the School Feeding Programme, again expressing the urgent need of school feeding which is important. That is why I am saying that in the case of school feeding, we are fairly prepared to look at it again and see where we can get food from other sources including from the Ministry of State for Special Programmes so that we can get these children fed without any difficulty."
