    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I was just concluding by stating that, on one hand, I do not support the killing of the 21 officers. On the other hand, I do not support the manner in which we are trying to correct what already happened. I believe that we can refer to the Constitution. We can make arrests and respect what is provided for in the Constitution under the Bill of Rights. When we arrest these people we should treat them humanely and in such a way that we are even able to get information from them, instead of intimidating and almost treating them like slaves within our midst.
