    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I just want to echo what hon. Mwadeghu has said. The head of the Committee secretariat got the said later at 4.00 p.m. on 11th November, 2014. The meeting took place at 10.00 a.m. So, who is fooling who? That is the question that is baffling all of us. The Cabinet Secretary knew that she was supposed to appear before the Committee for the meeting. She is the one who requested to come on Tuesday; it was not the Committee. So, the least that she could have done was just to communicate the same information to the Committee. We did not have time to just sit there and wait for somebody who was appearing in another Committee she thought was more important. The issue that I want to address is that even though she says that she is obedient, and that she has honoured our previous summonses, one can be obedient and appear before a Committee with half-cooked information – which is what has been happening. Thank you."
