Later I am told that it should be taken to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs but when I speak to its Chairman he says he has never seen it and yet the Director of Committee Services says it is with the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs which should deal with it and it is over 90 days now."
