    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to appreciate what hon. Ganya has just said. It is true that as Committee, we have taken up the issue of San Marco Space Centre. In fact, at some point we needed to visit that place just to understand whether the actual implementation has been done. This is what we were discussing in our meeting today. We have come up with a tracking tool which will show where we are in terms of implementation. Of course, we have agreed with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department to take it up. They were supposed to make request to the senior management of Parliament to spend Kshs350,000 so that we can have that tracking tool in place."
