    "content": "“The National Assembly shall consider a petition and the Secretary shall stand removed from office.” So, it follows the same path as the one we have just rejected. The main reason the President is advancing this situation is the same reason that was said in relation to subsection 17(3), which we have just dealt with. This provision is inconsistent with Article 250(2) of the Constitution. So, we are just following that. They are now only giving the flesh in terms of how Parliament should handle the removal of the Chief Executive Officer."
