    "content": "Thank you very much hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. As much as I support, I have listened to the amendments that have been brought by the President. They are all good. My concern is that there is a lot of witch- hunting even within commissions. I would have supported hon. Chepkong’a if there was a way in which the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee would be involved in terms of hiring and firing. It should not be that they hire the Secretary and when it is time to fire him, that is the only time the National Assembly is involved. I wish to support."
