Members, I see there are quite a number of Members who want to contribute and since we are beginning to speak the same language, I would urge Members - whoever I am going to give an opportunity - to be to the point and speak only sufficiently to pass their point. I see there are quite a number of Members who have been very patient since 2:30 p.m. and I would not want them to go without speaking to this Motion. I will start with hon. Wakhungu. Kindly, let us observe that particular bit. We do not have to take the ten minutes. If we can afford to have three or four minutes--- Well, it is unfortunate that I am following the list.
