    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I stand to support this Petition because that area is very familiar to me. Having worked in that area, I know that we have some semblance of forest along the river belt. Setting aside land in areas like Wayu and Woldenna for creation of a forest is being unfair to the pastoral people of Tana River and, specifically, Galole Constituency. Therefore, the Committee should be facilitated to go and establish the priority in that area. The priority in that place is pastoralism. It is cattle keeping and not the creation of forests or conservancies. What was raised by the Member for Balambala is also valid. I have also worked in Rahole and Bour Argi. Let us not endanger the lives of pastoralists. Let us give pastoralism first priority because that area is occupied by them. Therefore, let us get away from the idea of creating a forest and keep cows in that area. Thank you."
