    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this House is still awaiting a report from the Government chemist on what caused the death of Athi River fish. The Government is spending millions of money providing water, and yet we are not giving money to the water companies, which are the creation of the Government. Instead of giving money to water companies to set up sewerage systems, we are taking them to court. What urgent measures are you taking as a Government to give money to water companies in those affected areas, so that they can set up sewer systems and make sure waters of rivers or streams are not polluted?"
