    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, Clause 8 of the Bill prohibits a pubic officer from giving or providing any information that is inaccurate. This is important because the days when you used to go to a public officer and you ask for your file and he says it cannot be traced, with the enactment of this law, will be a thing of the past. So, it is the duty of a public officer or public servant, be it at the national, county or State corporations level, at all times, to provide any information that is correct."
